Bought a massager here a couple of months ago and it stopped working recently. I felt dumb for not hanging on to the receipt. I called them up, and Carla was super helpful. She was able to look up the purchase quickly. Although they couldn't take the return themselves, she told me the manufacturer warranty was for one year, and was able to reprint the receipt, scan it, and email it to me in minutes. Fantastic service. Anytime we come here, the staff is super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend them.
Friendly, discretely helpful staff. Good selection of variety of items from apparel, lotion and oils, and personal items. A bit pricey, but products appear very well made. NB. Personal items are not refundable (ok by me)
Great customer service, new to all this and the young lady gave me a good down to earth run down of the relevant items I was interested in.
First time visiting and its a shame I didn't get the female cashier's name but she was extremely nice and even checked the batteries on my purchase to make sure the item in questioned turned on before I purchased it. Will be back soon. Outstanding customer service.
I was at Adam & Eve today around noon and the lady there(I'm sorry I didn't get her name) was VERY nice, knowledgeable, and professional!!! She made me feel at ease because it is intimidating walking into a sex store. Thank you Adam & Eve for having great employees!!!!!
